PodBrief LLC ("PodBrief", "we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered podcast platform available through our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using PodBrief, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account & Access

You may access PodBrief using Apple, Google, or email-based login. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payments

• All subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
• Payments are processed exclusively via Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of PodBrief LLC. To request a refund, please contact us at support@podbrief.info.

4. AI Summaries & Disclaimers

• These summaries are provided for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of summaries.
• You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content, including any financial, personal, or professional actions.

We retain ownership over summaries and other app-generated content. Podcast audio and metadata belong to their respective creators.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
• Abuse or harass other users
• Attempt to bypass content limitations or misuse AI features

Violating these rules may result in termination of your account.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time within the App. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. App Availability & Disclaimer

PodBrief is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or that summaries will be suitable for any specific use.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App beyond the amount paid, if any, during the last billing cycle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, unless local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you in-app. Continued use of PodBrief after changes means you accept the new Terms.
